PARC Research Associates Molly Candon, Guy David and co-authors authored a new paper in Medical Care Research and Review, "The Role of Schedule Volatility in Home Health Nursing Turnover." This study uses novel data from one of the largest home health care organizations in the United States, providing the first estimate of the average annual separation rate of home health nurses based on administrative data.
